The Mobycon DACH team works on projects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We largely focus on cycling, advising municipalities on making their cycling infrastructure more suitable for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Concrete activities you will be supporting us on as an intern:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50% of your time will be filled with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Writing, creating, and developing layouts for German documents (for social media, proposals, reports, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posting news and articles on Mobycon\u2019s German website and on social media<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collecting and analyzing data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the activities of Mobycon\u2019s DACH-region strategic manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The other 50% of your time will be filled with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advising and developing reports for German authorities (and other clients)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to projects in the DACH region and other (inter)national Mobycon projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements \u2013 Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As much of our work takes place at a conceptual and strategic level, native-speaking fluency in German (reading, writing, speaking) is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowledge of English is essential for working with colleagues outside the DACH team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Willingness to move temporarily to the Netherlands for the duration of the internship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements \u2013 Assets:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of the German mobility planning landscape<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An affinity for working as part of a multilingual, multinational team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with\/within German municipal, regional, or national authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with the following programs: Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator); ArcGIS (or other GIS software); Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interest and experience in analyzing quantitative data sets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of the Dutch language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we can offer you:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The opportunity to learn new skills in Mobycon\u2019s team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The opportunity to network within the Netherlands and the DACH region, especially Germany, as a representative of a highly specialized mobility consultancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will work at the cutting edge of planning for cycling and active mobility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remuneration of \u20ac350 \u2013 \u20ac500 (see above)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A laptop if you do not have one yourself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The possibility of travel within the Netherlands and neighboring regions for business travel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 days\u2019 vacation per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Us:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobycon specializes in the development of innovative and sustainable mobility solutions in the Netherlands and abroad.
