STAGIAIRE Mobilité Active – Nationalité Française

Durée: 3 mois minimum, du 1er juin à 31 aout 2021 (prolongement envisageable)

Modalité : Majoritairement en télétravail, mais travail en présentiel possible au bureau à Delft, Pays-Bas (en fonction du contexte sanitaire).

Indémnité de stage : 300€ – *450€ par mois

L’urbanisme et la planification de la mobilité sont au cœur du travail de Mobycon. Nous cherchons des candidats ayant une formation d’ingénieur et une orientation scientifique, et idéalement, déjà familiarisé avec nos domaines d’intérêt et les missions présentés ci-dessous. Notre priorité actuelle est l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et partenaires en France, et une meilleure efficacité dans les procédure administratives, dans la réponse et l’acquisition de projets de planification des mobilités douces et de l’urbanisme en France. En général nous proposons les prestations de maîtrise d’oeuvre.

(*Si vous vous réinstallez aux Pays-Bas pour la durée du stage, la rémunération passe à 450€ / mois.)

Missions au sein de l’équipe française

La construction d’une équipe Mobycon dédiée au marché français est récente. Elle est en charge de missions liés à :

  • la planification stratégique à différents niveaux, du schéma directeur au profil de rue.
  • l’analyse et le diagnostic, y compris les aspects qualitatifs et quantitatifs et les enjeux propres aux modes doux
  • la traduction de documents vers le français, et liaison entre collègues anglophones et clients francophones
  • recherche, évaluation et réponse aux appels d’offres
  • Missions au sein de l’équipe française

Le stagiaire participera à l’ensemble de ces tâche en fonction des besoins.

Compétences requises

  • Très bon niveau de français à l’écrit. Le/la stagiaire doit maîtriser les subtilités du vocabulaire technique et administratif concerné par les projets de planification de la mobilité et de l’aménagement du territoire.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais (B1-B2) est requise pour la communication et la collaboration au sein de l’entreprise
  • La connaissance du fonctionnement administratif des marchés publics français et de la législation qui les encadre.
  • La volonté de s’installer temporairement aux Pays-Bas pour la durée du stage.

Attributs avantageux

  • Savoir faire du vélo
  • Une connaissance de l’écosystème de la planification de la (vélo)mobilité en France
  • Une affinité pour le travail au sein d’une équipe multilingue et internationale
  • Expérience de travail avec/au sein des autorités locales françaises (collectivités, communes…)
  • Une bonne connaissance des logiciels Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), ArcGIS (ou autre SIG), et la suite MS Office 365.

  • La possibilité (en fonction des circonstances) de faire des voyages d’affairesdéplacements professionnels voyager à l’intérieur des Pays-Bas et dans les régions voisines.

CYCLING PLANNING INTERN – FRANCE

Duration: June 1st – August 31st 2021 (longer is also possible)

Location: Remote (MS Teams) and/or on site in Delft, The Netherlands

Remuneration: €300 – *€450 per month

Urban planning and transport planning is at the heart of Mobycon’s work. While we welcome candidates with an engineering background and a quantitative or mathematical orientation, it is mutually important that the candidate take note of our focus areas. Our current priority is the acquisition of new clients and partners in France, and building up our capacity to engage with the French mobility and urban planning system. We generally offer intellectual services (prestations intellectuelles) rather than engineering drawings ready for construction.

(*if rellocating to the Netherlands for the duration of the internship, renumeration increases to €450/month)

Activities within the French team

The French team is a recent addition to Mobycon, and much of our work will therefore consist of preparing tender documentation, liaising with bid partners in France, and carrying out work on French contracts.

Within the French team specifically, our work consists of the following:

  • strategic planning at various levels, from a network plan (schéma directeur) to street plans.
  • analysis and diagnostics, including qualitative and quantitative aspects and issues specific to cycling and walking planning
  • document translation into French, and liaison between English-speaking colleagues and French-speaking clients
  • finding, assessing, and responding to Calls for Tender (appels d’offre)
  • producing, updating, checking and submitting tender documentation

Requirements – Essential

  • As much of our work takes place at a conceptual and strategic level, a good standard of written French is essential
  • Some knowledge of English is essential for working with colleagues outside the French team
  • A basic understanding of French public contracts and procurement, or willingness to learn
  • A basic knowledge of French urban planning (aménagement du territoire), or willingness to learn
  • Willingness to move temporarily to the Netherlands for the duration of the internship

Requirements – AdvantageousAssets

  • Ability to ride a bicycle
  • Knowledge of the French mobility planning landscape
  • An affinity for working as part of a multi-lingual, multi-national team
  • Experience working with/within French municipal authorities
  • Familiarity with the following programs: Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator); ArcGIS (or other GIS software); Microsoft Office Suite
