Former ECF Secretary General Bernhard Ensink joins Mobycon International

Today we are very pleased to announce that Bernhard Ensink, former Secretary General for the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF), is joining Mobycon’s international team as a strategic consultant. For the past 12 years, Bernhard’s work at the ECF in Brussels has included overseeing and reviewing European bicycle-related projects. Prior to working for the ECF he was the Director of the Fietsersbond – the Dutch Cyclists’ Union – as well as serving as vice-mayor for the City of Coevorden. Working from our Zwolle office, Bernhard’s commute between his hometown and Brussels will become a thing of the past.

With several years of experience, Bernhard is well versed in the European bicycle market, particularly those with a German and English focus. Logically, at Mobycon he will focus on building our practice in those markets.

As a way to launch into his new role, Bernhard will be attending the National Cycling Congress in Dresden (13-14 May), the ITF Congress in Leipzig (22-24 May), Velo-City in Dublin (25-28 June), as well as the National Cycling Congress in the Netherlands the 19 and 20 June. Please make sure to introduce yourself and meet our newest team member.

We are very happy to add Bernhard to our experienced and talented team and help us in realizing our goal: “To make the world less dependent on cars.”
